Brief introduction: I'm a novice when it comes to modding for civ (only familiar with XML) and for this one project, I would like to take my first steps in LUA but I'm clueless.
The project in question involves a building that will perform a specific task (be able to perform Interception to all enemy aircraft within a certain range) and since I highly doubt such function is possible through XML I figure it's LUA territory. But I'm unsure where to even start.
