[NFP] New to modding, wanting to increase tribal village frequency

Hello everyone. I'm new to modding, but was hoping to find a way to increase the frequency of goody huts, and unlock the settler option for the goody hut. I'm running the App Store version of Civ 6 NFP on a Mac that's running Big Sur. I just can't seem to locate the correct xml file to alter things the way I'd like. Thanks in advance!
