The latest ships in the 15th century had cannons!So we do have one ship for the first period and one for the latest. I suggest using the first one and upgrade them by inventing guns into the last one.

What I meant with it not being historically accurate is, that Cog didn't have cannons in it (or did it)... well, whatever

Someone may find the cannon attack useful (as upgrade to the arrow attack).

I certainly think that would be a nice addition, because everyone else are having their ancient/medieval ships...

TVA22 - no I haven't. I think most of the modern ships lack the persona, that's why it's more fun to make old ships

Seriously, no I haven't tried to do them, since there are people with better skills for that

What about a Predreadnought. AFAIK there is no such ship existing. And in Tsushima and WW1 they were used, later in 2nd line. Athough the German fleet had six of these ships at Jutland. Although this was a mistake and one ship was lost, the SMS Pommern, these ships rescued the German battlecruiser! And in WW2 two of these ships saw active duty until both were destroyed shortly before the end.
