This is only the preview to my neew unit, the Russian Imperial Infantry, it is based on the Imperial Marines and in the Army of The Russian Zar Alexander I during the Napoleonic wars. Hope you like it, i am working right now on the attack animation, so luckily, i will have the unit ready for the end of the week.

Hate to be a stickler about this, but wrong forum. ;)

And there is no preview, but since i already know what it looks like, it looks great! :D

Sorry:) , here is the preview

Yes, thank you tpasmall, i made a mistake when i was triyn to post the preview here. Anyways, here is the run preview, i have some problems, so it runs a little bit too fast, but that is because of Jasc, and also an error with flicster, the bayonet is weird in SE direction

I know that it's still early days Leningrado, but it looks like it's shaping up nicely. :)

Does anyone else think that this unit looks like it would also be suitable for the WW1 period? (forgive me....my knowledge of history ends about 500 AD! ).

We now have lots of lovely new units covering the Industrial & Modern Ages, and the Ancient Period is coming on (albeit slowly ;) ), but some more Late Middle Ages/Napoleonic units would be very welcome.

About that FLICster problem: I have found that the easiest way to fix it is to simply use FLICster to increase the frame width by about three or four pixels, then 'pink-out' the lingering 'ghost' image (the tip of the bayonet in this case). Providing there is a two or three pixel gap between your image and the right hand frame edge, then the problem goes away.

Looks great to me... I'd think it would fit in fine anywhere from Napoleon to WW1, can't wait to see the finished version :)
