New unit via civics

Does anyone know if you could bring in a new unit depending on what civic you had?

Yes, if say you choose Theocracy, you could get a Crusader unit.

I think it might be possible to do it. It might require some crafty python programming. Check the line number 599 in the CvDiplomacy.py file to get you started.
