New Units and diplomacy features.

Units

Special Forces: A military infantry unit that can paradrop into an enemy position and can travel stealth until spotted by adjacent enemy units or initiate an attack :)
Transport Helicopters: These helicopters can pack 3 infantry units and move 5 tiles, ignores mountains and doesn't need to embark.
Attack helicopters: Squishy anti-calvary range attack units with 5 tile movement, ignores mountains and doesn't need to embark, range 2 attack.

Diplomacy:

Military pacts: An alliance of up to 4 civs, limit of 2 pacts per game.
 
I saw someone suggest alternate legacy paths and I’m not sure about what it would look like but it sounds interesting

I agree alternate legacy paths would be great for each victory condition. I also think that possibly giving religion and diplomacy their own legacy paths would be great as well. Just do not make them so tedious like Civ 6.
