Techs
Advanced Espionage- Gives the ability to hire assassins (enemy units that kill their own Great Leaders and Armies) and informers (units that inform about the whereabouts of enemy troops out of your line of sight), plant rebelling citizens in enemy cities
Programming- Allows Hacker, Comm Satellite Network
Units
Hacker- non-combat unit that can disable Mech units
Double-Agent- unit built on your orders from an enemy city. Disguised as an enemy, but sabotages production etc. without enemies ever finding out
Wonders
Comm Satellite Network
Gives Hackers ability to self-destruct mech units within bombard range
Worker Functions
Hijack- Allows workers to take control of enemy mech. units
