new units

I dowloaded some units of another forum lik an aa gun and a mobile infantry unit and i put the files i dowloaded into the directory civ3/art/units in a folder named after the unit but i still can't get them to work. Evertime i try to build one the game just shuts off. Can sombody help me

I dowloaded some units of another forum including Eastern Pikeman unit and i put the files i dowloaded into the directory civ3/art/units in a folder named after the unit ,I followed the tutorials contained in this site about new units, but i still can't see them in my game. i know somebody else had the same problem, but I can't find this post or the answers to it.Please can anybody help me?Please!!!!

I used instructions from a site called: Haverlock's Civ 3, here is the URL: http://members.surfeu.fi/haverlock/Install_Units.html

some of this may not apply to you, for example you may not have any civilopedia entry info (in this case just leave the Civilopedia Entry space blank)
