Barbarians: Roaming
Small map I made that has 2 land masses and every one (including AI) start on one land mass. The other land mass has more resources and the only land mass that has oil.
Special Rules: No war until you research 1 tech in the middle ages. However if another civ has researched that 1 tech they may attack no matter what the defending civs tech levels are. Crusaders are available by technology and The Statue of Zeus does not need Ivory. However the Carthagenian special unit (witch I can not pronounce) does. The Art of War is available with Iron Working and needs Iron. It also gives on more culture.
