Newbie question - diamond signs by cities

What do these white diamond-shaped signs (white diamond with a black dash on it) next to my cities mean? See screenshot.

What do these white diamond-shaped signs (white diamond with a black dash on it) next to my cities mean? See screenshot.

That symbol (it's a Sword) marks cities with a Barracks in the epic game -- or any other building with the 'Produces veteran units' Editor-flag in a mod (which you seem to be playing? Whose Earth-map is that?).

It's a helpful reminder of where you can upgrade units (e.g. Warriors --> Swordsmen), and where injured units can be healed in one turn (when they have full movement-points available).
