After spending a few hours troubleshooting I got it to work
Turns out my antivirus was blocking access to saved files from other computers. Weird that I never ran into this problem before, but all I had to do was edit the save file to allow access.

Note that this GOTM is one version ahead of the Mac version and will not load. The previous 2 GOTMs seem to load OK.
