A funny thing happened on the way to the ....victory.
100k victory without ever getting out of the middle ages. Self researched to get Calvary's, never even got Theology on the top side.
I managed to get the Temple of Artemis from the Germans, England was building the Great Library, so I just went for expansion, before I knew it I had 207 cities on the main continent, each with a free temple and a rush built library. That was enough to put me over 100k.
I had a few off shore enemy military uinits try to start a war, but they were easy to repel.
