Next tech III - horses outside big fat cross

This is a poll to decide what we will research after AH has finished. AH might reveal a source of horses, and your tech choice may depend on that.

In this poll, vote for your tech choice in case we do not have a source of horses on the island, but not inside our capitol big fat cross. This means it would be outside our cultural border.

There are two other polls for alternative possibilities. Don't forget to vote in those polls too!

The poll will be up for 48 hours. If none of the options gets 50% of the votes, there will be a second round.

Early start on work boat > 1 turn of worker mining, so fishing wins now. This is going to be true for all polls, so I'm pasting it x3. None of the other options beyond fishing/mining makes sense:

Wheel: We can use coastal culture to hook up cities, or sailing. We do not need immortals; we barely need more than Dora.

Mysticism: Need for this isn't far off and we're CHA to take benefit, but its returns can't touch earlier exploration/contact or better commerce output.

Pottery: This is a nonsense option and shouldn't be included in the poll. We don't have the pre-reqs.

Writing: While the benefits it confers are appealing, we're fairly far away from wanting to build a library, and we need to meet people for open borders. This tech is very important but it is dead weight if one goes there too early.

Archery: We can spawn bust the entire island with a scout and a warrior or so, and could do so even if we were on deity...archery is a long way off for us.

HBR: HORSE ARCHER CHARGE! But only if we have horse and they can swim.

At the price of 1 mine turn, I will bite on fishing regardless of the presence of horse. We can work horse regardless with just AH.
