Well, at the moment we have no Diplomat, but we do have The Colossus. Feel free to look at the poll threads, and post ideas. Queen Jayne hasn't moved yet, and this forum is likely to sleep for 8-10 hours until she does. The government has posted what we'd like to do in the "Plan for Next Turn" thread, but the polls and discussion threads are still, as always, open.
Regarding Rush Buy, we are earning over 10 gold per turn, so can afford to Partial Rush Buy something every turn. The question is always, what? In this case, the Castle Jayne is helping us to recover from the Colossus Disbanding and so will receive funding. But, that's only spending our income. We do not plan to Rush Buy, but rather continuous Incremental Partial Rushbuy, frequently refered to as IPRB.
