Hi there following a Windows re-install I had to reinstall Civ3
i previously was able to use the start icons from this download https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/no-more-city-limit-for-c3c-editor.13028/
However having re-downloaded them to my Conquests folder the game doesnt launch. It just starts the launch and goes to the black screen with the Civ3 timer but nothing else.
Any ideas as to what is missing for them tow ork properly or is it the reinstaleld Windows10 that is the issue?
