when i first bought this game 3 month ago when ever i went to the diplomacy screen all that would show was the eyeballs and stuff like earings and crowns alsomy map was black except i couls see improvements and al the other stuff except land when their was a ship in the water i could see the blue of the water. I tried for awhile to cope with it but i payed50 bucks for it and one day i got pissed and stubbed my toe i finnaly met a guy who introduced me to this place. I've got a labtop with an xp on the back of it. Could somebody help and explain it step by step by step. i'm not a technical dude i pull a c+ in most subjects help please

Just patching the game to 1.61 should fix this. If you're not sure what you're doing just go to advanced options in the in game menu and click check for updates.
