No Inca & ancient wonders

While playing with G+K active, I can enter the Inca Scenario and the Ancient Wonders Scenario, but don't have either of them on regular single-player games (nor hotseat). They aren't even in the Civilopedia!
But if I uncheck G+K on the DLC menu, and play regular civ5, they're both there.
I've had Steam re-check all files and, short of unistalling everything and reinstalling, I've got no idea about what to do.
Any help?

I'm not sure if you mean you can't play the scenarios or the inca civilization in single player/build the ancient wonders? Those scenarios were designed before G&K so I imagine they wouldn't work with G&K active

He probably means both.
We have at least one other case, where the user said that he cannot play the Incas (not talking about the scenario; but he also bought them before) in G&K, but there's no real hint what causes this problem .

I meant I can't play as the Inca (or against them) nor build the Ancient Wonders. They aren't in the Civilopedia either.
Unloading (unchecking) G+K to play vanilla civ lets me play as the Inca and build the wonders as usual. Choosing the Inca or Wonders scenario seems to unload G+K.
Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't work, but I've got an idea.
I use a strict directory filesystem that distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase ("c:\Program Files\" is not the same as "c:\program files\"). Some games treat the path names rather liberally.
Maybe a dev or a modder could check the XMLs o someother for these discrepancies?
