No map

ok heres my problem I get into the game with a few jerks and Stutters but im not worried about that. I get into the selection screen for the nation i want to play and i see that my avatar is invisable all except the eyes and teeth and a few other wierd things. ok you say whats the problem. well i get into the playing section and ban there is NO MAP. WTH is going on i have the latest omega drivers so could anyone please tell me whats up?

Could you give us your system specifications? It might help us diagnose exactly what the problem is. Beyond that, when you say there is no map, do you mean that all the terrain is black? Or that there isn't a mini-map? Or that nothing at all shows up?

there is no terrain map my system specs are a little below par but has never stopped me from playing other gfx intensive games.
