No mouseover help in options screens

I get no mouseover help in the game options screens. The options where you choose graphics, sound etc options.

I run xp with ntfs file system on Dell Inspiron 8200.

Seems to be my only problem so far.

It happens to me too:

sometimes hovering mouse cursor pop-up simply stops working, in every scree.
After some turn or sceen change works again.

Should be reported for next patch (let's hope in it)

hey Yushal, I've got the exact same problem! Mouse over works fine about everywere else (ingame/units/tiles) just not in the options menu. this is very annoying as there are no infos in the manual. the manual just states that there is mouseover help - so i don't know exactly what those options do...
