I don't mean that the music isn't playing - it's not there. I checked the directory that stores all of the sounds associated with the completion of the building (including Great Wonders) and there isn't a file for it.
Can anyone confirm that such a file exists? Was it just not installed properly, or somehow deleted? Or is it missing from other people's games, too?
