I tookout-
Tactical Nuclear Missles
ICBMs
Stratigic Missle Defense
No Nukes

If you take out nukes, you should also take out the manhatten project. No sense allowing the AI to spend valuable resources building a pointless wonder.

And, without The Manhattan Project, SMD, ICBMs and Tactical Nukes, Uranium and Nuclear Plants should be deleted, also.

Yeah, Uranium should be deleted so you cant build AEGIS Cruisers. And what's the point in removing Nuclear plants in a no nukes mod? They've got nothing to do with those cheap weapons of mass destruction.
