No Option to start a game through the mods menu

Hello,

I have a problem with my Civ 5
Im not able to start a game through my mods option in the main menu.
when i choose the mods and press bnext i only get the option to go back

i found a similar issue on reddit, there the problem was when scenario mods are enabled, but i think i disabled them all.

Theese mods came by DLC and were disabled:

But the result is always this:

I reinstalled civ now 3 times, i cleared all mod folders, does anyone have an idea what can be the problem of this?

I don't see the problem right off hand. Just click on Single Player and start the game. Is that not working?

omg, i did not see that this single player is clickable

No problem. Frankly, I've always thought that button should be renamed to "Start Game" or "Start Single Player" or some such, or if not renamed, at least relocated to be next to the "Back" button so users would be more likely to think that it might be a clickable item.
