When I place my mouse cursor over icons for units to build in the city screen, as well as tech's on the science screen I get no data pop-up. Also my scroll wheel on those screens doesn't work either. The scroll wheel continues to work on the world view for zooming etc.
What's really odd is that it works sometimes, and not others.. but I am unable to find a pattern on when it is and is not working. However, the pop-up data on mouse over and the scroll wheel are always affected together.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?
