no respon of the game

when i run the game, it load and then i can hear the music but no image. Then after 5min no respon.

Help me please. I have the minimum equipement requirement :
P4 2.8Ghz
Ati Radeon Ati mobility 9000, 64 Mb non-shared memory
DrirectX 9.0c

I've mail tech support of civ4 but still no answer.
