No user manual?

Hi all!
Hoping someone can help me - I picked up a copy of Civ 3 at Wal Mart the other day and it didn't come with a user manual. I got the game for $8.83 - although it wasn't marked as being previously used, I am guessing that it was and they kept the book! LOL

Is there anywhere online I can download the actual manual that should have come with the game? I've already bookmarked some sites with tutorials, etc, but I'm anal enough to admit I'd like to have the actual manual to refer to.

I think the manual is inside the Civ 3 CD. Choose the explore option on the Civ 3 CD when your enter is on your CD Rom drive and look for it.

Poke around on the disk or in the folders installed on your comp - it's somewhere in there, in, I believe, .pdf format.

The manual is useful for some stuff.

i highly (highly, highly, highly) recommend the war academy. Especially cracker's article on opening moves, but all of the articles are useful.

Just so you know - I have been playing civ for 1.5 years and have beaten Sid and I *still* look at those articles. For one thing, cracker's article is just really, really well written...
