So I got the Noble Knight Quest and looked it up here to find out if it's worth it or not. This is what I found:
Questions:
- Do the Knights I already have count toward the total required?
- Don't Knights already have Flanking I by default?
- I already have my state religion in all of my cities. Maybe this is supposed to spread to 5 *other* civ's cities...?
I suppose it might be worth doing for the great priest *if* my current Knights count toward the total (I need to build 8).
TIA!
Spoiler :
Quest15:

Result:
1.All Knight Units gain the Flanking 1 promotion
2.IF Organized Religion civic spread your state religion to 5 own cities
3.get a free settled great priest in the triggering city
