Nominations/Acceptence thread for Pronvince 10 and an undefined province

That's right. Our newly conquered (and about to be conquered) lands activate Province 10 and a new, yet to be defined province (once Niagara Falls is taken by Tuesdays' turn chat).

Future governors, here's a map of your provinces:

Province 10 may gain a city, as the Chinese's MPP with the Zulus is no longer in effect. The new province will gain Niagara Falls, and most likely Cattaraugus.

Both province ten and 'undefined' will be named by their respective new governors.

We might keep in mind that 2 more cities in Provine #9 will make it eligible for Governor status also.

PEP I - Passive Expansion Program (about to found its' last city)
PEP II - Provincial Expansion Program.

Ok, it looks like Myartar will alteast be the governor for Province 10 after a Nomination Acceptence poll.

As for Province 11... maybe everyone's worried about the rioting? It's going to be a strictly cultural province for the time being (as is #10).

You'll have to be specific. (either 1, or both provinces - ie, no preference). Also, you will need v1.29f.
