Non-helpful error message

EDIT: Solved!

I spent a lot of time and effort making a scenario, only for it to display the following message when I try to start the game:

Load Error

ERROR READING FILE

Missing entry in "text\PediaIcons.txt": ICON_

The game will now exit.

Does anyone know if there's a way one can find out what's actually causing the problem? I've tried changing everything that I suspected could be causing it and which I had added since the last time I tested the game and it worked.
