Non-Latin characters and languages...

Possible now? and how?
Is it possible to implement languages like Korean, Chinese and Arabic in the game now? and how? I know we have to change the FONT TGA files, but if that is it then how do I make the game use them????

Some guys made a Russian translation of the game, If I was you I would ask these guys. I don't know how to find them but I think asking and searching around will help to find them.
