It seems a barbarian galley can enter your civ borders despite you have built the Great Wall!

I don't know if this is a bug or is working as expected, as makes sense you can't build a wall on sea

Anyway, welcome to barbarian galleys again! They weren't in vanilla or warlords...

Edit: Removed the screenshot due to quota issues.

Atleast in Warlords, there were barbarian tiremes.
And Great Wall did NOT stop them from entering inside your cultural borders, so you had to defend your fishing nets even if you had GW.

So if this was considered WAI in Warlords, it should be (?) considered WAI in BtS too.

Logical also, it is quite hard to build a long wall into sea or ocean =)

Of course, it is the normal behavior to block only troops on land.

You also won´t get the protection of the great wall on other continents. only on the continent where it is built.

Not to mention ,that if you have a "frontier" city, whose cultural borders do not connect to your main cultural borders, then the wall is not build around that "frontier" city either.

Yes, although his effects will encompass this frontier city nevertheless (as long as it is oin the same continent)

So another wonder for naval barbarian is needed ^^

If so, call it the Great Barrier Reef. But only a civ composed of small marine animals can build it.
