Notification of my turn started

Here's the deal - me and my friend like to play civ4 all day long and to make the jobs at the same time. So the main question stands up - who to make civ4 to notify me about starting new turn (mine)?

What i want is not only loud sound (thou it and option too) - the perfect would be flashing taskbar icon.

Can my wish come true?

If you play it as a Pitboss game then it sends an email and you can set your email to ding rather loud when i receives a new turn. That is about the best I can think of.
