Nub question about map display

In lets play I always see the tiles with resources with a bubble over them displaying what you would get for working them. I look in options and I cannot find a similar display setting. Is there something I am missing or is this a mod I am missing? Such as a bub over an incense tile showing that you would receive incense for working it?

Just mouse over the incense "badge" (Ctrl+R to bring it on screen, if not already there).

I think what could be meant is the 'show yields' button, which comes up when clicking on one of the buttons next to the minimap (the other one there is for strategic view).

If that's the case, the shortcut key is Ctrl+Y.
