Nukes for Points

Well,the only time I build I use nukes is when my cities got nothing else to build and I am already stinking rich.So instead of building numerous MArmors,I build a lot of tactical nukes,and load them onto my nsubs.Simply...gives my fleets a realistic feel.
The only time u should use them is when there is only one other civ left and u r about to win a Domination victory---Nuke him,and nuke him hard! He will end up with a lot of pollution and your lead should increase.

Unless he also has a lot of nukes and the next turn launches them all against you. Launching nukes for me depends on what level i am currently playing at.
