Where in the mod changes the name of the standard sizes of maps?

You can change the name, default number of enemies and many other things in the file CIV4WorldInfo.xml located in "...\Master of Mana\Assets\XML\Gameinfo".

If that's not what you're looking for then I'm afraid I can't help further, it's pretty much the only thing that I ever managed to look up
