Odd Maps?

I keep making new games but I get these wacko maps. Like a desert area and then a strip of grassland with cows on it running through it, or 2 tundra in the middle of nowhere. It's all really, off it seems. Like a big random mumble jumble. Is this on purpose? Or something to do with the mod?

Oh and the world is set to temperate =P

What's your map type setting at? My guess is "Fantasy Realm", which produces those kinds of weird maps.

Hmm I did custom continents, 3, water level medium.
