Trying to destroy a 1 population Luchuirp city with a doomsayer, upon conquering it I automatically capture it without prompting me if I wish to raze the city. Any ideas?
Did the city have some of your culture in it? If you retake one of your own cities, you are not given the option to raze it. If your culture was influencing the city I guess something like that could have been preventing you from destroying it.
ICanHasName?: Normally you still get the option even when a city _flips_ due to culture, let alone if you just conquer it and have some culture there too. Maybe this bug has something to do with culture but it's not a regular effect of cultural influence on a captured city.
Silly question: you don't have No City Razing on, do you?
The city may've had some of my culture influencing it, I was close to it, but not that close that my borders should be pushing it just yet. Havn't had any issues burning bigger towns, just that one was level 1.
