Was playing as Montezuma the other day. I Jaguar rushed him at the earliest possible time, and took his capital with 6 Jags. Flip forward most of the game. Good ol' Tenochtitlan is a good sized metropoplis, but I look east and holy mackerel, my puppeted Rome has more pop, more money, and more science then my capital!

Btw: I puppetted it and by mid-game I had an enormous puppet empire, so Rome was mostly ignored.
