OH YEAH is due to monuments/broadcast towers for Charismatic leaders and researching Future Techs. It may also occur due to random events but I am not sure of that.

The equivalent with is "From Civilization". Basically these are intrinsic modifiers to health and happiness, such as the bonus from Charismatic or Future Tech as nbcman said.

In case you're curious, the anger counterpart is "AAAARRRGHHHH!"

Thanks for quick answers, North-American section of the fanatics (from the time they were posted...) !
I am indeed De Gaulle The Charismatic so Stonehenge was their "OH YEAHH!!!".
...wonder if the Celts or whoever then lived there were doin'tha same in the midst of those stones.

And can't help, but plea once again for an answer of the 100% "clean-played" immortal-level... I'll post a new thread some time if i don't get answers. This is N-O-T a "bragging" . .. .. .. . about the clean play, I am just child-curious HOW people usually play their games and on this case, the level IMMORTTTAAAAAL!!!

I played it clean through once but that was a DUAL-game against Peter, even though he is expansive, i don't consider that a 'real' win, lack of diplomacy, and while it was couple of times in one string I managed to keep my power so that i didn't fight a single war in the whole game! ..and got the diplo win.
So anyone?
