Okay, can SOMEONE help me?

I feel like an idiot posting this now, but I'm rather at the end of my rope. Civ IV will not uninstall. I need to install it to my other drive. But every time I try to uninstall, I get this:

It all stems from the wx folder, it seems. Can ANYONE offer any help?
