And now I can finally mess with Russia by banning Wine.

Ya I gave up. The uphill battle is just too much and the sea is gigantic so I can't get anywhere.

Brazil beat me to the Forbidden palace in my first BNW game. I just dedicated all my time to doing CS quests for the rest of the game and and now i have 48 delegates and am waiting for the UN World Leader vote. Of course i toned it down to Warlord, Huge Map, and was using Alex. I have less than 10 overall games of civ 5 in general so i usually play on Prince still.

I just played a game as the Motherland on Emperor. In that game I got fully Embargoed, three luxuries banned, scientists nerfed by the cultural law, and global DoW'd on my path to conquest.

I went negative happiness for definitely half the game, and put down like 8 barbarian rebellions.

I made a foothold on another continent only to lose it all but one city 150 years later.

I had to pull a 180 and switch my victory condition to science because the opponents actually outscaled me because I overextended.

Pedro was 20 turns from a cultural victory, if I didn't build those landmarks I calculated I would've lost without them.

The World Leader vote was two turns away and Poland had just got 34 delegates, and I built my last spaceship part on the turn before and barely won after losing all my army on the east coast and nearly losing a Booster.

Liking BNW so far.
