I recently installed the game and patched to the latest patch.
Things seem to be running okay, but for one oddity.
I am running Win98SE with all the latest patches.
After running CIV3, if I reboot by PC, I always get the message before reaching the desktop the "windows is modifying my setup configuration". You usually only see that message after doing an installation of something which requires a reboot to swap out in use files, etc... Now, perhaps this may happen to others and they do not notice it, since I have turned off the big windows bitmap which fills the screen while Win98 is booting. (My PC is configured just display various startup menus and timeout and auto boot.)
If anyone has any information on what is going on, I would appreciate it!
