One Unit per tile MOD?

Reading the thread about unit staking I read that there are mods that allow limiting the number of units per tile, could someone tell which mods are those?

Which game are you talking about? In one unit per file is the standard. If you're looking for or previous incarnations, you need to be in a different forum.

I know people think they are being witty when they type the names like that, but it really is annoying.

From what I've read before, in most cases of colour-blindness, people retain blue - yellow colour discrimination.
