Video Driver is the latest and greatest. 1.52 patch is installed.
I have even disabled unneeded services and stopped all unneeded processes and my virus scanner.
I think I am just asking too much of my year and a half old microtel PC.
But maybe someone can see something I can't. If you can help I'd appreciate it.

Oh BTW the processor is a 1.2. The bios is reporting it as a 900 Mhz. I can fix that but I am wary of making things worse messing about in the bios, though the bios is set correctly for my agp card.
