Still-unending frustration on Specialist Difficulty has brought me here.

Remember how I used the OCN Mechanic to help me get an insanely high score on Citizen Level?

Well, now it's no longer working as it should (or so it seems)...

Here are the "default" OCN values for Civ3, in case you've forgotten them since all of those weeks ago...

Tiny (60^2): 14
Small (80^2): 17
Standard (100^2): 20
Large (130^2): 28
Huge (160^2): 36

However, the further modifiers that I initially included, by far; made it far more complex than it could've been. So this time, I'm using the more basic "general standard" of GameFAQS (i.e "general" difficulty of 3.27/5 [Ideal/Tough]). The numbers are now as follows (always round down, so as to fully adjust for Bueraucracy)...

Tiny (24 wide*48 tall): 9
Small (32 wide*64 tall): 11
Standard (40 wide*80 tall): 13
Large (44 wide*90 tall): 18
Huge (64 wide*128 tall): 23

We must also not forget to include however, this game's "average" length of 58h42m out of 80 hours as the GameFAQS average. Since there's really no point in trying to get around this, the numbers are now reduced to just the following (as always, round down whenever we're trying to adjust for a Bureaucracy)...

Tiny: 6
Small: 8
Standard: 9
Large: 13
Huge: 16

And... revise again, this time; for this game's "overall score" of 4.28/5 (Outstanding). Now it's (rounded down)...

Tiny: 5
Small: 6
Standard: 7
Large: 11
Huge: 13
