Also, I count you as one of my few allies so you still don't have to worry.

And I am still me. I am not some ruthless killer hell-bent on exterminating all I can find. We do have free will after all...

Maybe. Maybe that is metelynthe disguise I claimed to cover another...Assassins do need cover stories right? What about multiple covers?

All true. However, when in doubt, the simplest explanation is normally the correct one. You could be some random adventure with a magic sword looking to kill heroes...or you could be rathus. Which one sounds simpler?
