Neither I can for that matter. ProbaBLY gobled up a few other civs and has alliances with city states.

I think the culprit is your tech rate. You are 13% (72% to 59%) behind Alex on Literacy. 360 bpt at turn 210 is not sufficient to keep pace with a runaway AI (Alex has 4 times your population, so his science from pop alone is probably dwarfing yours). You went 4 deep in Commerce and still haven't opened Rationalism. Even if you could get to Biology and Flight quickly, you are in dangerous shape. Get your tech rate up ASAP and beeline Manhattan Project and A-bombs. The AI is still inclined to keep too many of its aircraft in one or two cities.

Otherwise, you might fall back to a sneaky diplo win, but that would require that you build a bigger gold stack than Alex (which will be hard to do) and out-compete him for CS alliances (even harder).

I got a hard decision when I have to choose rationalism or commerce. Seems that I make a wrong decision. I normally choose rationalism but that point I lack of my money from unit maintenance of my 15 keshinks. I choose and went down for their happiness bonus for luxury resources.
You remind me that any game in deity, Rationalism is prioritize first except you go for peity and thaks again for your quick reply

By definition it will be better. You will be able to customize your Ideologies with tenets you choose from a larger group of available tenets.
