PakBuild Issue

I've got civilization IV (the PCGAMER version) and I have the "no menus" problem. As somebody else was advised in another topic, I downloaded PakBuild, and went through all of the instructions. However, whenever I Unpack the file, the bar fills up, and then it stops responding. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Are there any specifications I can tell you to help you? Is there another way to unpack this file?

What's the version you got exactly? Only the base game, or with the addons Warlords and Beyond The Sword?

Could you maybe make a screenshot of what exactly the problem is?
