[patch .275] Impassable tile near the Rock of Gibraltar marked as (Forest, Plains)

In the image you can see I can't move a worker to a tile near the Rock of Gibraltar, which is marked on the map as (Forest, Plains). I think maybe the bug is in the map generator. In almost of my games with Rock of Gibraltar in, the tile near this natural wonder is a mountain.

Also, I have attached the savegame.

bug still exists in BNW. This is annoying
