Patch Problems with WOrkers

I just placed this in another forum. I mean to post this here.

I just installed the latest Patch for CIV III.

When I went back to a game I was playing, the modern workers had all reverted back to their ancient form.
Instead of modedrn workers in overalls, they were the original version.

Are they woirking at the old pace?
Will this effect all future games?
How can I fix this?
