patching conquests on yahoo games-on-demand

Hey it's hard to imagine anyone will know the answer to this, but here goes:

I can't find my old Conquests CD, and had that urge to play, so I've downloaded it from Yahoo Games-on-demand. That's fine, but I need to apply the 1.22 patch to the 1.00 release that I've downloaded.

Only problem is, I can't find or figure out where the game files are located, to patch them. I've done the obvious searches on "civilization" and "conquests" on my drive, but no luck.

Anyone know where y!god puts these files, or have some other suggestion as to how to patch their games?

If you apply the normal patch, you will end up with a file that needs the CD to run again. You need a patch specifically for the downloaded version. The Civ 3 technical support forum would have been a better place to ask this.

or you can apply an no cd patch
its not illegal if your game is legal... i think
